With a robust background in sales and sales leadership, Gerard plays a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding Capstone’s presence as our Director of Business Development. Over his career, he has consistently contributed to high-performance teams ensuring they surpass sales targets and KPI’s. His secret? His ability to build and cultivate relationships based on integrity and trust.
Gerard is adept at forging strategic partnerships and providing exceptional ongoing client support. As a visionary thinker, he has a proven track record of creating innovative strategies that benefit both Capstone and clients alike. His unwavering motivation and commitment to excellence has made him a valuable member of the Capstone team, since joining us in June of 2024.
When not at work, Gerard is actively involved with volunteering, contributing his time as a drummer at Southview Alliance Church, and volunteer leader at Filipino Champions of Canada. His hobbies include running, golfing, DJ mixing and drumming.
