Irene is a certified Fraud Examiner and Risk Management executive with over 9 years experience spanning across complex project management, payments risk operations, IT Service Operations, and Customer Experience coming from her work in Interswitch, a technology-driven company that delivers digital payment solutions to help individuals and businesses grow and thrive.
At Capstone, Irene brings her passion for policy formulation and stakeholder management to support a culture of compliance and ensure regulatory adherence to. At Interswitch she managed a team that conducted operational policy and process reviews, Compliance monitoring, AML and Merchant KYC management, as well as Risk and Compliance training for both employees and corporate clients.
Irene has an MBA with a major in Digital Transformation from the University Canada West. When she is not at work, she enjoys cooking, photography, playing her guitar, singing, and volunteering at her church.
