Micheline began her journey with Capstone in 2023 as the Executive Assistant to Stephen Smith and later moved to the Analyst role. She spends a majority of her time developing strategic plans, organizing schedules and events, and helping solve any problems that arise.
Micheline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in finance and enjoyed participating in Trinity Western University’s Student Association and Young Women in Leadership club where she was the Vice President of Finance. Her time at Trinity Western allowed her to gain invaluable skills that translate directly into her role at Capstone.
Prior to joining the Capstone team, Micheline also spent time on mission trips in Nepal, Papua New Guinea and the Philippines, where she helped set up medical clinics in remote areas. In her free time, Micheline enjoys trying out new restaurants and cafes with friends, being by the ocean, and playing pickleball.
